1 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

Double dresser , 30 bins rocking chairs at first location … then contents of 8x10 storage unit Miscellaneous household plus desk, shelving, bench, small patio set and about 40 bins  

1-bedroom apartment with very few large heavy items (no bed, couch, dresser, etc.). Mostly boxed kitchen items, clothes, records, audio equipment, and two bikes. The items are in storage on third floor and apartment is on third floor, but both have elevators, and I can provide additional labor as necessary. All items fit easily in a 10x10 storage unit. Entire truck strongly preferred.  

 

There's 10 x 27 Gallon Totes. Each weighting about 35LBS each. Apartment has a elevator to load and unload easily. No furniture. no other items or furniture just the 10 Totes. 27 Gal. tough storage tote in black and yellow. Exterior dimensions (at top of tote) 28.6 in. L x 19.6 in. W x 15.2 in. H  

Around 20 boxes,2 pallets,1300 pounds total as in pic.

We are moving on May 3rd. The service is needed for that morning.. no later. Also we would require the mover to help carry things and also help arrange the big items at destination. Bonus: we need an handyman to help mount things like TVs if possible. Inventory:--- Bedroom: - A queen size bed with bed frame and headboard - A chest drawer - A adjustable computer table - 4 plastic Storage - 8 extra large boxes - 2 Traveling suitcases - mini Printer and Shredder - Computer Chair Living Room: - 1 Large U shape sectional sofa with Ottoman and chair pillows - Wall decors and paintings Kitchen: - 5 Extra Large boxes Storage: - 3 Large Storage buckets - 4 Extra Large boxes - 4 traveling Suitcases Others: - 1 55inch TV - 2 27inc TVs  

 

Empty a 10x10 stoarage unit in Nokomis, FL and move to a 10x10 storage unit in Guilford, CT. Origin unit is on 2nd floor.  

 

 

 

Wardrobe box, rotating love seat, <10 medium boxes, one computer desk, and an IKEA dining table. Elevators at pickup and drop off locations. Relatively simple move. Items will fit in a cargo van.  

 

 

There is a freight elevator in both buildings  

 

I have a Cali King size bed & bed frame, 43" TV, 3 computer monitors, and approximately twenty (20) large boxes or storage bins (approx. 27 gal) and approx. ten (10 small that are all pre-packed and a few misc. items (golf club bag, golf push cart, sports equipment). I am currently storing all of it at a friend's basement that can be accessed via the backyard door that can walked to the street side curb (there will be no need to go up/down any stairs)
